At CoCo, our mission is to make sure you are heard in a clear and concise manner regardless of how you are communicating. Whether your goal is to influence daily newspaper readers, YouTube viewers, or stakeholders, we have a strategy to make sure your audience is not only reached but directly impacted by your message.
Whether you need last minute assistance with a crisis you never saw coming or are proactively seeking to identify your vulnerabilities before they become a problem, CoCo can help. We'll tailor your response to bad news in a unique way that will mitigate against any additional backlash.
The media world is an ever-changing landscape. We have the ability to reach traditional as well as modern media outlets and the strategy to back it up. Everyone’s story is unique and our ability to tell yours across several platforms sets us apart from the competition.
Our CEO and Founder, Toni Angelini Nagle, brings a unique skill set of politics and
communications to the table. She possesses a distinct blend of experience in the public, private
and non-profit sectors. She is an outstanding strategist, communicator, and policy expert; Toni
consistently produces tangible results for her clients in news production, public relations, crisis
management, and strategic planning.
Her federal experience includes fighting for free enterprise at Bernie Marcus’ Job Creators
Network (JCN), where she currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Communications and
Development. Prior to JCN, she advocated for employers at the nation’s oldest small-business
lobbying firm, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), where she oversaw
political and communications strategy for 15 states.
Before working for NFIB, Angelini served in both terms of Governor Chris Christie’s
administration. Initially appointed to the administration at the Motor Vehicle Commission to
oversee community relations, she was promoted to the Governor’s office to coordinate Sandy
relief in the highest impacted regions of the state, where she ensured that there was consistent
and effective communication between elected officials and the Governor's office throughout
the recovery process.
Toni held public office from 2010 through 2015, where she was elected Council President after
spending three years as Police Commissioner. Angelini’s nonprofit experience includes several
years as an advocate for foster children, volunteering as a fundraiser for a number of charities
and serving on the board of trustees for a private school dedicated to educating underprivileged
middle school girls.
Toni attended Rutgers University in New Jersey, where she continues to reside with her husband
and three children. They are the proud owners of three small businesses in southern
Monmouth County.
